Having studied accounting with a love for numbers, I believe in translating mundane numbers into meaningful figures for the people around me through a proper channel, which is financial planning.

With my passion for investing, I also want to help my friends and family grow their wealth. Having been in the industry for 2 years, I have found purpose in what I do, much like AAG’s mission to always impact lives.

Becoming a successful leader. 

I see long-term potential in this career, as well as in AAG, as it allows me to build and lead a team of my own while still having a purpose in what I do. I noticed that my parents’ generation never learnt about the merits of proper financial planning, so I want to make a change and ensure the people of my generation have access to learn about the benefit of financial planning.

Have a strong support system. 

I am thankful that my friends and family see value in what I do, and how the solutions I provide for them will benefit them in the future. I hope to empower others to advocate to their friends and family about the importance of financial planning, just like how I did for mine. Being able to lead a team also keeps me motivated, as I have to lead by example and show them that this career is a rewarding marathon.

Stay hungry for success, and stay driven. 

To succeed in this industry, you need to have that strong desire to fight for your dreams. I’ve made my parents proud by achieving the International Dragon Award and Million Dollar Round Table, and I have them to thank for trusting me when I entered this career. Having a strong desire to succeed in life will help kick start your career, but staying driven ensures longevity in the career.
