Awarded the Top of the Table 2024 and many rounds as Million Dollar Round Table member, few would know of Executive Financial Consultant Chua Wei Lun’s career divergence as a former Air Force regular.

Driven by the desire for financial independence from a young age, Wei Lun understands that the key to personal growth doesn’t only lie in providing for his own family. Since joining the financial advisory industry in 2016, Wei Lun always stayed on the pulse of the financial needs of his clients, helping them in areas from insurance and investments to mortgages, wedding planning as well as estate planning. Most importantly, he fundamentally believes in always offering a listening ear to his clients, as that personal touch is what he believes is key to his role.

This year, Wei Lun finally achieved his biggest accolade — the Top of the Table. However, he remains humble amidst his many achievements, crediting his colleagues and Top of the Table focus group for helping him pull through the last quarter. His passion and commitment also stem from the way he’s witnessed his founder, Chuan, inspire the right culture and values of the ORG in him. Financial consultants rarely work in silos, and Wei Lun is also always thankful for AIA FA’s team of underwriters, business development managers and backend staff for being there to support the business’ growth.

Moving forward, Wei Lun has his sights set on becoming an Executive Director to bring more people into the business and impact more lives worldwide.

As an Associate Director, Estate Planning Specialist, “wedding planner”, “events organiser”, and most importantly, a listening ear, Wei Lun hopes for all financial consultants out there to focus on what is small enough to change, but big enough to matter.
