My greatest inspiration would be my colleagues around me. Their backgrounds of overcoming adversity and achieving remarkable success serve as daily motivation that anything is achievable with determination and hard work. This environment not only spurs my ambition but also continually reminds me of the limitless possibilities within this field.

To newcomers in the industry, I would emphasise the importance of persistence. As illustrated by the metaphor, “A river cuts through rock not because of its power, but because of its persistence,” it is crucial to maintain resilience in the face of rejections and setbacks. The path to success in financial advisory is fraught with challenges, but steadfastness and a long-term vision are key to overcoming these hurdles.
