The pinnacle of my career thus far was achieving my Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status within my first year, an accomplishment that allowed me to take my family on an overseas trip flying business class. The joy and pride on their faces were immensely fulfilling for me. Moreover, I treasure the opportunity this career affords me to travel extensively, enhancing both my personal and professional life.

My primary motivation is to provide a comfortable and prosperous life for my parents and the family I plan to build. The urgency of maximising my efforts while I am young drives me to excel in this fast-paced and demanding field.

This career has introduced me to two of my best mentors: my Executive Director, Yuan Shyuan, and Associate Director, Guo Jing. Their guidance from day one in the industry has been invaluable. They have enhanced my communication skills, broadened my perspectives, and enriched my understanding of both business and personal relations. This mentorship has not only made me a better financial advisor but also a better person overall.

When it comes to attaining success in this field, likability is crucial for a financial consultant. It encompasses being sociable, responsible, trustworthy, and well-mannered. People naturally prefer to do business with someone they like and feel comfortable with, making this trait fundamental to building and maintaining client relationships.
