I chose financial consulting as my career because it offers me a greater sense of purpose and autonomy over time. From the beginning, my goal has been to become a leader who creates a much larger impact and helps revolutionize the industry.

For me, service is always a priority. My main source of motivation comes from my clients and associates, who trust my advice and support me in everything I do. Their trust fuels my commitment to serving them, and it’s this sense of service that keeps me driven in the industry.

I’ve learned a great deal about the importance of long-term thinking, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. As a leader, I had to adapt quickly to unexpected disruptions, and the experience taught me how crucial it is to plan ahead. Before the pandemic, face-to-face interactions were essential to how I conducted business. However, as my team and client base grew, I recognized the need to leverage communication technologies. This shift allowed me to maintain strong connections with my clients and ensure that information was passed down effectively.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been witnessing the growth of my associates—not just professionally, but also in their personal character. Seeing their development and witnessing their acts of service is incredibly fulfilling. To me, success in others is the true mark of good leadership, and that is the most satisfying achievement I could ask for as a leader.
