Thinking long-term
I’ve learnt from the Covid-19 pandemic that as a leader, we must adapt quickly. Thinking long-term has helped in shaping new initiatives to combat disruptions. Before this digital wave, we relied heavily on face-to-face interactions. However as our clientele base and team size grew, we leveraged more on communication technologies to ensure that information gets passed down effectively.
Success in others is a true mark of good leadership.
My most memorable experience in this career is being able to witness our associates grow in terms of character and professionalism. That is a very heartwarming sight to have. Witnessing acts of service and kindness from my associates is the most satisfying thing to see, as a leader.
