Before joining GT Group, I was a Relationship Manager and Deputy Team Leader in the banking sector. It was a tough decision to give up my banking career to embark on this journey, but it has been worth it. The past seven years in GT Group have been exceptionally fulfilling and rewarding, not just in monetary terms, but very much in personal development and career progression as well.
The top-down culture in each and every organization is often the key to success and I am proud to say that Gabriel’s dedication and discipline have created a robust, committed and hands-on management team, which in turn groomed many successful financial consultants. My vision and direction going forward in this industry are to develop a team of established, competent and successful Personal Wealth Managers, reaching out and adding true value to more people through a holistic approach that comes with a personal touch.
Becoming a better financial consultant for my clients.
The key drivers that keep me motivated as a financial consultant are the well-being of my clients, the trust my clients place in me, and the eagerness to learn and develop, to become a better financial consultant for my clients.
Being more than just a financial consultant.
More than just a financial consultant to my clients, I am also a friend, a listener and someone they trust. I believe one of my biggest strengths as a financial consultant would be my ability to have and show empathy to people.
Consistent hard work and recognition.
Being a member of the MDRT remains one of the proudest accolades in my 7 years in this industry. I earned it through my consistent hard work and gaining this recognition makes me want to continue doing my best.
