Coming from a very down-to-earth family, I always wanted to enhance the lives of my own family, as well as those around me who did not grow up privileged. A financial business gives me the possibility to do so for other families, and that is why I chose to join the financial advisory industry 7 years ago.

Being in the financial advisory industry is challenging and demanding. That’s why as a financial consultant, I have to constantly remind myself to stay grounded in my purpose, which is to impact more lives around me.

To me, the most important traits a financial consultant should have are love, gratitude, abundance and trust. You have to be compassionate in this line of work as you are dealing with fellow humans’ most intimate needs and issues. You should also express gratitude to those who have taught you throughout your career, and brought you abundance and success. With these qualities in you, your clients will naturally come to trust you and your solutions.

 

There are many firsts to experience. 

Being in this industry that’s always changing, along with meeting people from all walks of life exposes you to many things for the first time. My advice is to have the courage to embrace and experience them with an open mind, because that’s what truly makes many things possible in life.
