Randy chose to pursue design studies in Nanyang Polytechnic instead of entering junior college as he had always wanted to be a designer and be able to communicate powerfully through his works.

It was this choice that led him to meet his current boss, Sunny, who awakened in him the realization that he could do so much more in his life. Instead of designing artworks, Randy, together with his team, now helps design better lives, or a better living for their clients and their business partners.

Randy’s journey in the business is widely referred to by his peers as the Chinese bamboo tree story. In the first 6 years of his journey, he made many mistakes and didn’t fare very well at all. Throughout the difficult first half of his career, his bosses and mentors at Advisors Alliance Group stood by him. He attributes everything he has today, to the unwavering love and help he received from the Board of Directors at Advisors Alliance Group.
