I am a mid-career professional who switched from lecturing economics to joining the financal advisory industry in 2017. I believe that my past experience as a lecturer has laid down the ideal foundations for my role as a financial consultant and I hope to leverage my professional skillset and knowledge to help improve my clients’ portfolios in their short term and long term goals. Successfully contributing to my clients’ financial portfolios gives me immense satisfaction in this industry!

The ever-revolving role of financial consultants.
As society now has increased awareness of the necessity of financial planning, it is expected that the role of a financial consultant will have to evolve accordingly to the challenging times ahead of us. Our roles have vastly matured and increased in recent years. With the advancement of technology, the way we conduct our business today has also changed in that we no longer need to communicate in person, however, it is important to remember that the human-to-human relationship will remain unchanged, especially the crucial relationship of trust between client and financial consultant.

Outside of work.
I am passionate about volunteering and spending my time helping out at Angel Hearts, an organisation that gives comfort to parents who have lost their children. During my free time, I also enjoy singing and dancing.
