I embarked on my journey with AIA Singapore as a Financial Consultant in September 2010 shortly after graduating from Nanyang Technological University with an honours degree in Biological Sciences. While exploring career options at a fair, I engaged with my leader from AIA who invited me to a seminar. This event opened my eyes to the possibilities within the industry and sparked my interest in pursuing a career centered around making a meaningful impact on others’ lives.

Transitioning to AIA FA in February 2023, the insights gained at the initial career seminar have profoundly influenced my approach, focusing on the well-being of clients and ensuring their financial security.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is the heartfelt gratitude expressed by clients. Whether it’s through policy claims or the maturation of their plans, knowing that I have made a significant difference in their lives is immensely fulfilling. These moments reinforce the value of my work and continuously fuel my commitment to this profession.

Looking forward, I aim to lead a world-class team that will extend our reach to serve 10,000 families within the next five years. This ambitious goal is not just about expanding our client base but more importantly, about enhancing the quality of financial advice and support we provide.

The core motivation behind my daily efforts is the opportunity to do well for myself by doing good for others. This principle has not only shaped my career but also enriched my life with meaningful relationships and a deep sense of community among the clients I serve.
