Wilfred joined the financial advisory industry in 2017 hoping to bridge the troubling gap between what people ought to know about financial planning, and what they currently know. A Director since 2020, Wilfred now impacts more than the lives of his clients by building the leaders of tomorrow. He devotes himself to unlocking the inner drivers of his associates and finds satisfaction in seeing his team and agency make a mark in raising industry standards by growing not only professionally but also in their habits and values.

He believes that as a leader, it is important to walk the talk. Though he is able to share with his associates how they may succeed through his own experiences, it is more crucial for Wilfred to lead through action, working hard alongside his associates and helping them find success in this industry.
An important leadership skill Wilfred adopts is the ability to reframe failure for his associates. With his outlook, he views a crisis as merely a detour, be it a detour in routine, schedule and way of life and beliefs, so he actively reminds his associates to change their perspectives and view any crisis as a space for new ventures to happen and to enjoy the detour.

With a strong conviction in maximising time management skills to lead a holistically balanced life – and to lead others to do so for themselves too – Wilfred takes it upon himself to remind his associates that whilst it is important to find success in their careers, it is important to ensure they spend time on the things that matter the most – family, health and living out the right values.
