I entered the financial advisory industry in August 2021, bringing with me a robust background in technology and a keen sense of financial literacy. My transition from technology to finance was driven by a desire to use my knowledge to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

A particularly rewarding moment in my career occurred when I assisted a client who had been in cancer remission for seven years and was seeking insurance coverage. The process was lengthy and complex, involving six months of diligent management and paperwork. When we finally received approval — with some conditions — informing her was an incredibly moving experience. Her joy and gratitude were overwhelming, and it reinforced the true value of our work. This experience vividly highlighted how our routine tasks can significantly affect our clients’ lives, offering them happiness and relief during challenging times.

My greatest inspiration in this field is my wife, Ng Shu Hui. Her dedication to her clients and her unwavering commitment to go the extra mile have profoundly influenced my approach to our work. Witnessing her selflessness and her constant efforts to provide the best experience possible for her clients motivates me to continuously improve myself. I am committed to enriching my knowledge and ensuring that we remain reliable and responsive to all our clients’ needs.
