His life has changed vastly since starting out just 4 years ago, from a carefree person to the leader he is today, helping and guiding other financial consultants on the path to success. In these 4 years, he has successfully groomed 20% of his team to become MDRT members, graduated with a Master of Business Administration and was named Top Director in 2019.

Every support and platform have its costs and benefits. In order to move to greater heights, Martin believes that following a good leader and mentor, is one of the most important aspect to success. He attributes his own successful journey to the continuous support from his mother and sister, and the guidance from his boss, Gabriel Tan, who stood by him and helped shape him to be who he is today – a better leader, person and son.

He believes that the only way to progress and to be truly satisfied, is to place trust in what you are doing. And the only way to do great work, is to love what you do. And that is how he sees himself progressing and moving forward.

His other accolades include winning the Top Director 2019, being a member of the Pinnacle Club in years 2018 to 2020 and a qualifier of AIA High Net Worth Prestige Club in 2018.
