Vincent started his journey in the financial services industry as a student, an alumnus of NUS Business School, since 1996. With his 24 years’ experience in the financial services industry, he has achieved 5 times of Million Dollar Round Table in 5 consecutive years. 

With numerous awards including the Laurel Crown Award in Top 500 Chinese Insurance Agency (CIA 500) in 2019 and 2020, International Dragon Award – Silver Dragon Award in 2017 and Platinum Dragon Award in 2019 and 2020, Vincent was awarded the Top Executive Director in AIA President Club 2019. On top of that, he was recognized by Financial Services Managers Association (“FSMA”) at Singapore Management Awards (“SMA”) as one of the awardees of Platinum Group Award in 2019. He is a qualifier of AIA High Net Worth Prestige Club for consecutive 2 years and awarded the title as High Net Worth Executive Director in 2018 & 2019. 

Vincent is also a part of the first and only Singapore team in history to achieve “100 IDA Team” in 2018.  

Most recently, he has been awarded the 2nd Runner-Up, Top Executive Director 2019 and 1st Runner-Up Executive Director 2019, Affluent and High Net Worth.
