Throughout his leadership journey, Shao Lun has kept a saying that one of this mentors shared with him close to his heart, and he attributes his success as a leader and the close-knit team culture he has today to it: “ 存好心，说好话，做好事, and whenever we engage with younger people to mentor them, we need to 用心对待人”.
Shao Lun believes effective leadership lies in fostering the right habits and leading by example. In order to cultivate discipline and accountability, he ensures not only himself but his associates report to work at 730am daily, to cultivate a morning culture and start the day positive. This allows the right energy to get transferred throughout the day to their associates and to their clients. Secondly he strives to always lead by example. By achieving MDRT, COT, and TOT awards, Shao Lun hopes to inspire and motivate his associates to aim for the same or higher.
