RAY TAN

Over the last 17 years, Ray has groomed 9 executive directors, 50 leaders, and over 500 financial consultants. Formerly an NUS FASS graduate who majored in Economics, Ray ultimately decided to pursue financial advisory as he felt that entrepreneurship was the only way he could change his family’s life. Ray believes that it is one’s resourcefulness, rather than resources, that make one successful, and his greatest obstacle was having to build everything from scratch to enjoy his successes today.

With an aspiration to inspire others around him, Ray’s most memorable career experience is witnessing the journey and progress he’s made alongside the first 3 consultants who joined him, who are now all executive directors.

As a leader, Ray believes in always placing the interests of others before his own and focusing on the collective success of the team above his own. For Ray, the metrics of success as a leader is when his associates can trust that when they follow him, he will help them be the best versions of themselves.
