In the industry for 10 years now, Caleb Tan has been in financial consulting with AAG since he completed his National Service at the age of 23. Thanks to the solid mentoring that he attributes his success to, this is his third consecutive year receiving the AIA FA Top 5 Senior Director award.

His approach to financial consulting is one that focuses on solutions. He believes there still exists a preconceived notion that financial consultants simply sell products, when in actuality, the industry focuses on providing holistic planning and solutions for clients. This is the result of Caleb’s many years of constant upgrading, equipping himself with new knowledge to better serve his clients’ needs to create a positive impact.

With his focus on long-term success, Caleb stays focused in doing well, whilst also leading his team successfully with people from all walks of life. He sees his teammates as his inspiration, as he wants to give them the best leadership advice to bring them to the next level.
