Formerly an aircraft engineer, Yin Weijie made the career switch to financial consulting 5 years ago and has not looked back since.

To him, the industry is the best showcase of one’s belief in doing good for others. In his role, Weijie doesn’t seek to only take care of his clients’ policies; he considers their financial portfolio holistically to provide professional advice on growth areas. As such, he is also an Associate Reit Investment Advisor (ARIA), Associate Estate Planning Practitioner, and certified in Retirement Adequacy Planning (REAP).

With his holistic solutions-based approach, Weijie’s hard work has earned him the International Dragon Bronze Award 2021 (Agent Category), Million Dollar Round Table 2021, AIA FA Top Associate Director 2020 – 1st Runner Up, , member of AIA FA Pinnacle Club 2021 (Gold Unit) and AIA FA Prestige Club 2021 (Titanium) and 100 IDA Team Award 2021.

As a leader grooming financial consultants, he always encourages newcomers to be prepared for the long haul, as the start is always tough. However, one should never deviate from his or her compass of serving the best interests of their clients, as that would yield them the rewards in the long run. Ultimately, Weijie’s motivation as a leader is to groom the next generation of leaders who will stretch the frontier of professionalism in the industry.
